How are your shipping times affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic?
We have made major changes to our fulfillment process and are monitoring production daily to ensure that our orders are still shipping out. Some of our hoodies, face masks, and bomber jackets are currently running 2 weeks behind in production due to supplier delays. Items that are less impacted by pandemic related delays include T-Shirts, Posters, Stickers, Buttons, Hats, and Cards.
USPS has been reporting larger than usual delays through the end of 2021 that are expected to extend into 2022.

How do I tell you which posters I want?

How long does shipping take?
US orders typically take 1 week. International orders typically take 2 weeks, but in some cases can take up to 6.
What do you ship the posters in?
We ship the posters in 13 x 18” (33 x 46cm) cardboard flat folders.
My order did not arrive, what do I do?
If you think that there may be a shipping problem or your package is lost, please send us a message on our contact page.
What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
International tracking numbers frequently stop updating once a package has left the US. If it has been 4 weeks or more since you received your shipping notification, please contact us.
What if my shirt or hoodie does not fit?
Please review the size charts available on each product description before purchasing. If you would like to return your product, please contact us using the form on our site or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your order upon the return of the item. You will be responsible for shipping.
How can I get a refund?

Where will the money from my refund go?
If you have been issued a refund your funds will be returned to the account it was purchased from. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process, if you are having problems with your refund please contact us and we will sort it out for you.

If you would like to send us your art please send us some images or links where we can see examples of your work.

We stand by our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Palm Treat purchase, you can return it for a refund. If you your product has a manufacturing defect in its materials or quality, you can send us a photo of the defective item and we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
